Man muss zugeben, das es für BlackBerry OS und Windows Phone aktuell noch keine wirklich große Auswahl an brauchbaren Navis gibt. Ich rede bewusst von brauchbaren, denn geben tut es viele, nur sind die meisten nahezu unbrauchbar. Aber nun findet endlich auch eines der Besten seiner Art seinen Weg auf BlackBerry und Windows Phone. Das gute alte NDrive.
Auf dem MWC hat NDrive endlich die Entwicklung seiner richtig guten Smartphone Navi angekündigt. Ich werde in den nächsten Tagen einen ausführlichen Testbericht zur Android Version veröffentlichen, denn exakt so werden auch die beiden neuen Versionen wohl aussehen. Leider bleibt uns NDrive zwei wichtige Aussagen schuldig…

Turn-By-Turn Navigation App for
Blackberry and Windows Phone 7NDrive announces a
partnership with Appello whereby NDrive will deliver a solution for the Blackberry and the Windows Phone 7 environments.
This is the first step of a go-to-market and technology collaboration between the two companies. Further steps will be announced appropriately.
“We are very excited to address 100% of the smartphone market with our location based app.” said Luis Baptista-Coelho, NDrive’s Chief Executive Officer. “On top of the current Android, Apple iOS and Samsung bada environments, we are now delivering a Blackberry and a Windows Phone 7 app that will strengthen our offering into the carrier markets around the world.”

NDrive will make its App available to current Global accounts including LG and Samsung as well as carriers including TMN in Portugal and Vivo in Brazil.
